Delivery

 
  • Free home delivery to your door along the front-range from Longmont to Denver (with purchase of three or more products)

    We deliver to: Arvada, Boulder, Broomfield, most Denver neighborhoods, Erie, Lafayette, Longmont, Louisville, Niwot, Superior and Westminster.

    We deliver early Wednesday mornings to Boulder and Longmont and early Thursday or Friday mornings for all other areas.

    Weekly deliveries can be skipped, paused or cancelled at any time.

  • Empties can be returned to any location where Oatis is sold. We’ll pick them up from there.

    Home delivery customers: you can put your empties out by your door the night before delivery.

    Please rinse your bottles or put them through the dishwasher — we’ll re-scrub and sterilize for re-use.

    Bottle caps: please recycle them at home — unfortunately we can’t re-use them!

  • Original ingredients: Eldorado spring water, organic gluten free oats, organic sunflower oil, sea salt, acacia, gellan and enzymes.

    Original nutrition information: In 100mL (100g) serving - calories 92, fat 7g, carbohydrates 7g, fiber 1g, sugars 1g, protein 1g.

    Chocolate ingredients: Eldorado spring water, organic gluten free oats, organic fair trade premium cocoa, organic cane sugar, organic stevia, organic sunflower oil, sea salt, acacia, gellan and enzymes.

    Chocolate nutrition information: In 100mL (100g) serving - calories 113, fat 8g, carbohydrates 10g, fiber 1g, sugars 4g (incl. 2g added sugar), protein 1g.

  • Yes, we are USDA certified by CCOF. We use 100% organic ingredients.

  • Yes, Oatis is 100% gluten-free.

  • Yes, everything we make at Oatis is 100% vegan.

  • Yes! Oatis is made in small batches w/ active nutrients. Please refrigerate.

  • The sell-by date is labeled on your bottle cap. Once opened, Oatis is good for two weeks in your fridge.

 
 

Account & Orders

 
  • Yes! An account streamlines online shopping and lets you view your orders, add/remove items from your subscription, and update delivery/payment info (among other things).

  • Log in using the same email as your checkout

    1. Go to the new account page

    2. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from "Oatis Organic Oatmilk"

    3. Follow the link to verify your email

  • From your Customer Portal:

    1. Select the "Subscriptions" tab and choose the "Add a product" button

    2. Choose the flavor, quantity, size, and frequency you want

  • From your Customer Portal:

    1. Select the "Subscriptions" tab and choose the item you would like to swap out

    2. Towards the bottom of the page, select “Swap Product”, and chose which item you would like to swap in.

    You can also do it yourself from our Customer Portal:

    1. Select the "Subscriptions" tab and choose the item you would like to skip / pause

    2. Towards the bottom of the page, select "Skip this order".

    Note: This will have to be repeated for each item you wish to no longer receive They’re all handled separately.

  • From your Customer Portal:

    1. Select the "Subscriptions" tab and choose the item you wish to stop receiving.

    2. Towards the bottom of the page, select "Cancel Subscription". This will not cancel your entire subscription, just the item which you choose to cancel.

    Want to renew your subscription to this product? Select the item from your "Subscriptions" tab, and select "Re-activate" to begin receiving it again

  • From your Customer Portal:

    1. Select the "Subscriptions" tab and choose the item you wish to stop receiving.

    2. Towards the bottom of the page, select "Cancel Subscription".

    Note: This will have to be repeated for each item of your subscription.

  • From your Customer Portal:

    1. Select the "Shipping" tab, and choose the address you would like to edit.

    2. Choose "Edit address" below the Shipping Address.

  • From your Customer Portal:

    1. Select the "Payment Methods" tab, and choose the Payment Method you would like to edit.

    2. Select "Edit payment method", or "Add new payment method" if you would like to add a separate & new payment option.
